Case History

  1. 42 years old female presented with progressively increasing bone pains in anterior chest wall of 2-3 years duration.
  2. On examination found to have enlarged both clavicles and tenderness at both sterno clavicular joint.
  3. Investigation suggestive of Elevated ALP with normal calcium ,phosphorus , 25(OH)D and PTH. Increased ESR and hs CRP with normal collagen vascular profile.
    X-ray skull lateral view and bone scan attached.
