named ‘FIX IT, BEFORE IT BREAKS’ has been prepared for
ISBMR by our President, Dr. Ambrish Mithal, MD. DM
and Anisha – RD CDEE.
The booklet is full of Calcium rich and Nutritious recipes and is
priced at a very minimal cost of Rs. 50/- plus postage.
The same can be obtained from the office of

The booklet was launched by Hon’ble Minister of
State for Women and Child Development, Smt Renuka Chowdhury on 22
